END USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
As a condition of your purchase of this product, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use. Please review them carefully as these terms and conditions of use represent an important legal agreement between You and Alchemy Leadership Ltd.
This is an agreement between you, the end user of this product (Team Leader Masterclass) and Alchemy Leadership Ltd, regarding the use of this product. By placing an order for this product you expressly agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of the Service:
- Team Leader Masterclass is a product of Alchemy Leadership Ltd, 1 Liverpool St, London, England.
- The Team Leader Masterclass is an open-enrolment programme of leadership training.
- The initial entry-level programme lasts for a 6-month period – there are 6 modules and there are 6 monthly payments.
- There are other advanced and specialised programmes through which you may choose to continue your leadership development after the initial 6-month period.
- Participants have full 24/7 access to the Program Website that includes: Instructions, Guidelines, References for readings, Written assignments, Practice instructions, Reflection instructions, Audio downloads, and Videos.
- Participants credit card, charge card or PayPal account will be debited by Alchemy Leadership Ltd with a monthly payment (in advance) approximately every 30 days.
2. Rights of Termination.
Participants can withdraw from the programme at any time. If you withdraw within the first 60 days you will receive a full refund of your first month’s payment. After the first 60 days, should you choose to withdraw you will simply not pay your next month’s payment (In this case you will not receive a refund of the present month for which you have already paid).
3. Obligations of the Participants
- Membership is personal and cannot be assigned;
- Participants will not post materials that violate the rights of others including rights of privacy, intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks and the like;
- Participants will not use the site or any chat rooms or other interactivity to post commercial or “spam” messages;
- Participants will not interfere with the use of the site by others, whether by technical or other means.
- Participants represent and warrant that they will not violate these obligations and agree to hold the owner harmless in the event of any such violation.
- Grant of License – Materials may not be resold or otherwise transferred.
- This product is licensed only for the non-commercial private exhibition for the individual purchaser. You agree that any public performance, other use, or copying is strictly prohibited.
- This agreement permits you to receive a SINGLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-ASSIGNABLE License for the non-commercial private exhibition of this product.
- This product is not to be re-sold at any time. In other words you expressly agree that these materials are for your own personal use only, and are not to be sold or otherwise distributed or transferred to any others now or at any time in the future.
4. Rights of the Owner to Edit or Review Content.
Alchemy Leadership Ltd maintains the right to create, edit, post, and remove content and prevent any of such on the website.
5. Rights of the Owner to the Material.
Alchemy Leadership Ltd owns the copyrights and other intellectual property rights to any and all materials on the leadership program website
Alchemy Leadership Ltd will in all circumstances vigorously pursue anyone who infringes upon or otherwise violates its rights under this contract or at law or equity for the maximum remedies, protections and statutory damages allowable by Law
6. Privacy Policy
Alchemy Leadership Ltd is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

(e) information that you provide to us for the purposes of and as a result of your participation in one of our programmes of learning via the “alchemy leadership lab” client user pages and monthly schedules.

You as a participant release Alchemy Leadership Ltd, its Directors, Officers, and Representatives, from any liability whatsoever for any personal or professional damage, outcome, result or happening that occurs as a result of using the material contained within the Team Leader Masterclassme or the Membership Website as a whole at any time in the future.
Neither Alchemy Leadership Ltd nor any of its Directors, Officers, and Representatives shall be liable in any way whatsoever (including but not limited to negligence) for any direct, special or consequential damages resulting from either your use of this product or your inability to use it even under any circumstance in which Alchemy Leadership Ltd or any of its representatives have been advised of potential liability, damages, or injury.
Certain applicable laws may not allow all the limitations of liability described herein. To the extent that any of the above remedies and/or limitations should be deemed to fail of their essential purposes, you agree that Alchemy Leadership Ltd’s total liability to you under any circumstances whatsoever including but not limited to losses, damages, causes of action, and/or negligence shall not exceed the total manufacturers suggested retail price of this product at the time of purchase.
You understand and agree that the information contained in this product is for your own personal development purposes only. Statements made and concepts conveyed throughout this product are personal opinions only. Alchemy Leadership Ltd and the author make no representation otherwise.
You are responsible for your own behaviour and conduct. None of the material contained herein is to be considered legal, professional or personal advice.
8. Payment Processing
In the event that your credit card is not honoured for whatever reason (which sometimes happens) we will resubmit this transaction in smaller multiple amounts as necessary to complete payment.
